The alarms have come in handy for me, my calendar sends me an email to remind me of events days and hours in advance. AND you can set an event to repeat every day, week, month and year. I'm a Gmail convert and wouldn't be without that for my e-mail now. I love so much that everything I used to to do in my Outlook program I can now do online and get to no matter where I am or what computer I may have access to!
