Life Lessons - Sticky

Life gets sticky, wash your hands.

My children are reverse for typical traits of the sexes. My daughter has never been bothered in the least by textures, messes, etc. My son on the other hand has a malfunction if anything spills or gets on him. Last week he came to me in near tears because his hands were sticky. As I helped him wash them clean and took in his truly grateful thanks for making it all better, I couldn’t help but think about how much better life is when you wash off the sticky stuff. Maybe as adults our sticky stuff isn’t as easy to detect as sugar residue on our hands, but I’m willing to bet there are a few of us who may have stepped into something sticky in our lives. Maybe it’s time to wash it off?

  1. This is all too true. I’ve got several things I need to ‘wash’ away. Any recommendations for ’strong’ cleaners??

Ah - ha, that’s the real ticket isn’t it? I often find the most simple cleaners are the best and most thorough myself. Although that doesn’t make the cleaning process any easier! Thanks for dropping by my corner today!
