Holly,

What an amazing story you shared. Children have such pure faith
that's so powerful. The pictures also remind me of my own kids'
drawings of our family from a few years ago. My daughter loved
to tape her masterpieces on our bedroom door, and then my son
followed her example when he started to draw. They are now 11
and 9, and I still have their drawings on my bedroom door. ;)

Warmly,
Hueina

Awww I love shared artwork and every day manifestations of my kid's presence. Thanks so much for dropping by!

Look at those happy faces they have! What a wonderful picture she drew of her new sister. That is so great how she prayed every night. Dreams do come true!

Yes they do and few things are as sweet as seeing it through the eyes of my kids!

Very touching story. Kids can be relentless, especially in their hope of good things to come!

So sweet! Yes, a child's faith... if we all had a little of that, the world would be a better place.

Anna prayed for a baby brother, and was really devastated when we lost the baby before Emma. She said she knew it was a boy and named him Jimmy Polie. (she loved Rolie Polie Olie at the time)

She has now made it clear to us that a sister is plenty, and does not want any more siblings, ROFL!

I could have written the same thing in reverse! It is funny isn't it? My husband's nephew called me Holly Polie when he was little - Rolie Polie is just addictive I guess!

Love the pictures. If only we could all have the faith of a child, what a different world this would be.

Isn't that the truth?! Thanks for dropping by and commenting. ;)

Oh my! Great artwork! I'd love to do this challenge, but my boys are so old I would have to REALLY dig to find their artwork! In fact, maybe not really...I think they are into digital artwork now. Hmmm...I'm thinking....

There you go...so many ways to color, draw, write and create these days eh?! Thanks for dropping by!

I see your daughter is the drawer in the family. My daughter is too. She was a drawer early on. But my son can't sit still long enough to draw. He just scribbles and runs.

That's funny. My son will draw but it's all about lines and shapes...he's a perfectionist....hmmmm wonder where he get's that from?
