Life Lessons - Fun

Life is short, remember to have fun!

If I could reach into a jar of childhood magic and pull one item out this one would definitely be in the running. It never ceases to amaze me how much fun my kids can have doing mundane and ordinary things. Doing the dishes is a whole new experience with an excited 4 year old by your side just happy to help; and shopping changes entirely to see the level of excitement a simple notebook with glitter on it can be for a 9 year old. Funny what they can teach when they’re just busy enjoying the little things.

  1. I wish my son could find excitement like that. He has no interest in helping out.

Awww, I wish I could find such excitement in myself!
