This may sound strange but in a way I've always been a bit glad that it took so long for your children to arrive. I think having our children so close in age has helped our adult relationship to be so enjoyable. I derive so much comfort and pleasure from our relationship now, sisters truly are a gift! <strong>Funny how that works isn't it? I never had a sister. I do have 3 sister-in-laws but I wouldn't say we're that close. If something happens to one of us, we don't "just have to" call each other. If we happen to speak to each other and remember to tell them whatever, then we do. I will say that I have best friends, and if anything they are my sisters.
