There are things that aren’t worth the effort, like my Christmas Bonus from years ago that was 29 cents in change - not kidding, but this takes the cake:

What a waste. Kinda like the coins we use that cost more to mint them than they are actually worth.

Kevin says that he figures in his (city) office a refund check costs $15 including man hours it takes to do everything that goes along with it….
